By browsing this website, sending an enquiry or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Basket contents are not reserved until payment is completed and the order is recorded.

Orders & confirmation

Product prices are shown in the shop and checked again before Stripe Checkout. Orders remain subject to stock, delivery validation and successful payment. Coming-soon items can only be discussed by enquiry.

Delivery & collection

Delivery areas, days and charges are being finalised. Any arrangement is only confirmed when Reece agrees the details with you directly.

Product quality

Please refrigerate perishable items promptly. If something arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 24 hours so we can put it right.

Loyalty scheme

Any future offers will be explained clearly before they are introduced.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Been Laid Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our products, beyond replacing goods or refunding the affected order where appropriate.
